This file is very easy to use. Just right-click on the Image Holders (marked on red, called Left_Holder and Right_Holder) and choose "Edit Contents". It will open a window with a blue page that says "paste image here", so just paste your page (left or right depending on which one you’re editing), resize to fit the whole size of the window/file and save it. It will perfectly update the page in the main file.
